The Roots & Ruby story

About Roots & Ruby

Roots & Ruby is the business behind V2O, a bottled vegetable juice beginning with one distinctive pairing: beet and tomato.

Two vegetables. One bold bottle.

Our first flavor brings the earthy character of beets together with the bright, savory flavor of tomato. The idea is focused: put these two vegetables in the spotlight and give their pairing a bottle of its own.
